2019 P-16 Professional Development Conference

This event took place on June 24, 2019. It was intended to bridge secondary and postsecondary education and support the goals of the 60x30TX Texas Higher Education Strategic Plan. High school counselors, admissions advisers from two-year and four-year institutions, and other educators interested in learning more about college access and success across Texas were invited to attend. Sessions included advising, college readiness, K-12 Counselor/adviser best practices, financial literacy, pathways, dual credit, foster care, and other related topic areas.
